"We purchased our new cub/yanmar tractor from the route one dealership in january , richard showed us the quality of the yanmar tractor and having experiance with yanmar diesels in our own boat we made our decision yanmar offers a 5 year warranty and free 50 hour service , nobody else offered that !
I guess when it comes down to it ,the batchelder family reputation of service after the sale is what sold us , it seems they can do what the "big guys" cant , and that is to offer reliable ,friendly and most of all affordable service ! way to go guys "

"Purchased the pre-owned tractor back in early December. We had been looking to buy new as I didn't want to buy someone else's headache. Eric convinced us that this pre-owned machine was the way to go and he was not wrong. We've already put it to substantial use and have nothing but good things to say for it. Nice to see a business that knows what they're talking about and cares to do things right."

"We started our tractor relationship with the Batchelder family when we couldn't find a dealership who would work on our "old" tractor.
Not only did they help us keep it going back then ,they gave us top dollar for it as a trade !
Its hard to find a business who's service after the sale is as pleasant and reliable as our first contact !
When you do business there, you are talking with the owner not a salesman or service manager , he even answered his cell phone on a sunday " after hours' to answer a operating question fo me . thanks again "

"Hi Guys, I've logged some hours on the DK40SE HST and I'm amazed by the performance and quality. There's not an ounce of buyer's remorse here. My customer experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Thank you Dick and your team in Leb., ME. I compared the Kioti specs with ALL of the other top brands, probably 7 other brands. I'm still amazed to see the power of the KL401 loader with my DK40 outlift any other brand out there and surprised by the standard features that are "optional extras" for the other guys. I lifted and dragged an 80 ft. hemlock through the mud out of the snowmobile trails on my property with this tractor, uphill both ways!

"I would like to take a moment to thank the people at Batchelder Sales. We recently purchased a used tractor from them and receive exceptional personalized service during the sale. As they are aware, I am currently serving in Iraq and was assured by them that my wife, who would be operating the tractor while I was away, would be taken care of should she have any problems. Well, she had a problem with the snow blower attachment and called for service. Not only did it appear that their mechanic dropped everything to drive to our home and pick up our tractor for service, they had it back within a few hours and no charge to us. I can’t remember dealing with ANY company who put the needs of their customers on such a high priority scale. I would recommend them to anyone and thank god there are still businesses out there that are true to their word.
